End of vacation

Well we spent the last day of vacation getting ready for Xmas. Our tree is up, no decorations on it yet we wait to do that with grandma Campbell. We also decorated the outside of the house and Edward loved it, see a few pictures below, also check out his YouTube channel for a few new, very cute, videos. 

Showing off clothes, purge toys

Well since Edward is getting bigger all the time he starting to fit into some clothes that he has had for while, both from uncles or aunts and both from Rival colleges of the college I graduated from. Not too sure I like the choice of colleges but Edward sure does look good in the clothes, thanks again..

Well with xmas approaching we have finally started to purge some of Edward's old toys to make room for some new ones at xmas. Edward is actually not getting much, I promise, his BIG present is actually still at Toy R Us, a friend of ours is helping us transport it to our house... Thanks again Jeff...

Happy Thanksgiving

Well happy Thanksgiving to everyone, we enjoyed the day with Grandma Campbell. It was even warm enough to go outside and let Edward play. After that it took a bath, but before he did I got a picture of him with his very special shirt on today...

Home, Doritos thief

Well we are home safe and sound, Edward was not happy about leaving but he is happy to be home. He actually really liked Legoland and didn't want to leave, I guess only 4 more months until we goto Legoland again in Florida, get ready for us.....

Oh we also discovered that Edward likes Doritos, he stole the bag and started to eat them, it was kind of funny.....

day 2

Well day 2 of Legoland is in the books. We spent the day just walking around and looking at everything. We did take in a cute show about the Legoland fire department, very funny and Edward loved it. I uploaded more pictures of our Legoland adventures to his photo page on edwardday.com, just click the tab below and then choice Novel her 2014, I also updated the home page with a collage picture of Edward at Legoland 4 of his 5 times. Oh did you know he has been to Legoland 5 times and he is only 3 and he will be going a 6th time when we visit grandma and grandpa Day in Florida. There is a Legoland in Florida we are going to while we are there.

Oh we also went swimming at the hotel, Edward had a blast by the way....

Great day at Legoland

Oh my gosh, you have no idea how much fun we had with Edward today at Legoland. To see all the pictures go to edwardday.com and click on the photo page and choice November 2014. Below are a few sample pictures, as you can see Legoland is all decorated up for the holidays. 

We have arrived at.....

Well we have arrived at Legiland... We got to Carlsbad (the city Legoland is located in) around 3:39, unpacked quickly and went over to Legoland for one hour, so we could see how much Edward would love it and tongetvourvseasin passes! We decided to get season passes since we are going to Florida in March and we plan on going to Legoland Florida with his Grandma and Grandpa Day. FYI, the passes work in both parks. 

Edward had a blast in his one hour, we managed to ride 2 rides and even okay in the Duplo play Area for awhile. Big day tomorrow , 7 hours of Legoland, they open at 10 and close at 5... There is even..... Well you will have to wait until tomorrow to see what Legoland is doing for xmas. 

Batman, vacation is finally here

Sorry about no blog entry for the past 2 days, we have been busy at school and home as we start our 1 week Thanksgiving vacation today!!! Hurray, we kick off our week with a special trip to ???? You will have to wait until tomorrow night for the answer...

Well lately coming and going from daycare, Edward has decided to wear a very special coat, I guess it is fitting since every night after his bath he goes to the Bat Cave... He insists on wearing the mask over his eyes too, and won't even take off the coat sometimes when we arrive at home, I guess he must think he is actually Batman...Well he is our little super Hero....

Santa Claus

Tonight we went to the mall to check on Santa hours and then we headed to Build A Bear to see what Edward would like, he has not been to Build A Bear in a long time, maybe since his 2nd birthday. We held up animals for Edward to chose from and he picked, Santa Claus, well sort of, after he got stuffed, Edward was carrying him around upside down, he did however allow him to be in the wagon with him, which is big for Edward, he likes the wagon all to himself.....

King Edward

Well when Edward went to Luke's birthday party he got Luke's birthday crown. Luke's mom said he had one from last year so she gave it to Edward. Edward just loves it, when ever he puts it on you are suppose to sing him happy birthday and then when you are done he pretends to blow out his candles, it is so funny......

Luke's birthday , thank you dad

Well on Sunday Edward went to Chuck E Cheese to help celebrate his friend's birthday . Luke turned 5! Oh, how time flies... Edward just loves Luke and of course going to Chuck E Cheese is a bonus. Before I say goodnight a quick story. Today while I was changing Edward, he pooped,Edward just waited patiently for me to finish, then stood up and said, "thank you dad", oh I started to cry!!!

Fun day with uncle

Edward had such a fun day with his uncle. First he took him to Sam's club then we went to the mall and finally to the dog park to play on the swings. When we got home, Edward took a nap and grandma Campbell came for a visit. After she went home we took him to speech and then Erward took his uncle to his favorite store were he and uncle played hockey in the truck aisle.... What a fun fun day.....

Uncle has arrived

Uncle John has arrived from Las Vegas to visit, he is in Las Vegas on business. Edward just loves him. He went right to him, and even wanted to hold his hand walking into to Marie Calendars for dinner, see picture below. Next on the agenda, home to show uncle his truck collection. Oh, FYI, Edward has a lot of trucks. 

Wagon ride anyone

Edward just loves riding in his wagons... He actually has two, the one below and his food up red wagon we keep in my car. You say wagon or outside or both and he will come running ..... Guaranteed 

And just think at one time him and his cousin Sadie could fit on one side of the wagon..... Well not now 

Fun day off

Well on Tuesday we enjoyed a day off with Edward. We took him over to see a friend who just had the same hip surgery Mekissa had. He actually lives in the town houses we use to live in before we bought our house, so it was a little strange going back there since we have not been there in over ten years. We even took a watch around to show Edward where we use to live. 

After that we came home and Edward and I meant grandma and mommy at Rite Aid. Melissa took her mom out in a quick little trip and we decided to meet up with them at rite aid.

reading time with daddy

Well tonight, Edward and I found an interesting way to read books together, usually he sits on my lap and I read to him, but this time we found a new way, see the picture that mommy took below...
We are so excited to have tomorrow off!!!! hurray... and on a side note, thank you to all the men and women that have served in our military....

Leogs, and twins

Well Edward loves his legos, just like his dad. He will beg you to take out his legos, they are in a sealed bin. When you let him play, does he ever play hard, look a a view pictures below, they are all over the place, but we have lots of fun!
This afternoon, Edward and I finally took pictures together wearing our sister that his August Char got him and me for our birthdays. Bet you can't tell us apart... Don't we look like twins...... See picture below....

Edward the reader

Well whenever you can't find Edward you can be sure he is in one place, reading books... In either his room or out in theclivingroom, he just loves books. The reason for this of course might be because we read to him ever night while in was in the NICU, and continue to read to him ever night, and he of course loves every minute of it! 

Time to decorate for Thanksgiving

Well Edward helped us decorate for Thanksgiving tonight. He dive right in the container, literally. He just loves taking anything out of where it belongs. Beware of this if Edward is headed your way for a visit, if it is not nailed down he will help you relocate it even if you don't want it moved....

Grocery Shopping anyone?

Well we took Edward grocery shopping tonight, and he just loved it. He loves how Trader Joes has little carts for the junior shoppers to push around the store. Below are a few pictures of the Edward shopping tonight.. He just loves to just push anything...

On a person note, today when I picked Edward up from daycare I said I love you Edward, and he said I love you daddy.. I started crying as you can imagine, I just love that little boy, well he is not that little anymore...
