Crayola Factory

Edward is sure having a great time with his cousins in PA. He just loves playing with them, especially Sadia. On Sunday we all went to the Crayola factory in PA, and he jut loved it... It was so great, all the interactive things for the kids to do. Below are a few pictures of our adventures, the rest can be found on edwardday.com, click on the photo page and choice March 2015.

Fun day in PA

Edward had such a fun day in PA. He did an Easter egg hunt in the morning, then got a visit from his aunt and uncle from NY (who have never meant Edward), and somewhere in there managed to goto out to eat at Friendly's and bet up his papa Campbell, with some help from his cousins, see some pictures of his adventures today below.

One final day

Edward had a fun last day in Florida. We went to the zoo and the beach. Tomorrow we head to PA to see Edward's cousins he has not seen in 2 years. Check this blog tomorrow for travel updates as we fly up to PA. Wish us luck!

Arrived safely in Naples

Well today we made the long journey from our hotel near Legoland Florida, to Naples Florida (Where Edward's grandparents live). It took over 3 hours with stops but we made it. Edward is really enjoying his time with his grandparents, so much that he won't let my dad breath for a second, he keeps saying papa come here, or papa's turn. Edward calls my dad papa. It is very cute, below is a picture Melissa took tonight of the 3 of us eating ice cream on the couch, 3 generations of Days all together at once..

Funtime at Legoland

Well today Edward took his Grandma and Grandpa Day to Legoland, and boy did everyone have a great time. Edward just loves Legoland, and Legos. His Grandparents even got Edward a special present, you will see it in the photos below... Tomorrow we make the long drive down to Naples FL for the remainder of our Florida leg of the trip. We leave on Friday to head up to PA, so Edward can see his Cousins, grandparents from NY and his great aunt and uncle for NY, who are driving 4 hours down to see Edward for the 1st time.. We are very excited!!!!

Fun time in Ocala FL

Edward had a fun time in Ocala Florida with family. We went to a petting zoo with his Great Grandparents, and then his Uncle Campbell came over to see him for dinner. Special guest, mommy little leprechaun

On Monday night a old friend stop by for dinner and to return some of Melissa's medical equipment. We have known Jeremy since our days at Eastside when we first came to California. He had to borrow some of Melissa's stuff as ha had the same surgery she had in December. As you can tell from the pictures Edward loves him, we call Edward, Jeremy's wingman.Edward even wanted to drive adherent home, see pictures below.

Yesterday was St Patrick's day, so Melissa dressed Edward up in his Leprechaun shirt, look at, he is the Leprechaun. Today (the 18th), is his Green Party to school, but don't worry Melissa had 2 St. Patrick shirts ready.

Bear, car , birthday

Well busy last weekend before we head east to see family. 

Yesterday we meant friends at the mall, in between packing and getting ready to go, at build a bear and Edward made another bear, batman that he going to take with him, he loves batman, see picture below. 

After building the bear he took him for a ride in a car at the mall. Confused, look below.

Today he went to Zach's birthday, AJ little brother ( remember AJ is he buddy from the NICU), the two were allaying playing with each other for the whole birthday party, they had to always know wee the other one was at all times, see pictures below.

Edward and his bike

Well last night we took Edward to Toys R Us and while mommy was looking at markers and paper, Edward and I took a trip to the back to look a bikes. I was not expecting him to even get on one, however he found one that he liked and would not get off it. We didn't buy it for him, however we talked about maybe getting it for him this spring. He seemed to really want to move on it, but didn't really get the idea of peddling but was very interested.... See a few pictures below of him riding it at Toys R Us..

Thank you

Edwarddid the cutest thing tonight. While we were out back practicing his soccer skills, this time I got our hockey net out. Whenever he would kick the ball in the net and we cheered he would bend over, like he was taking applause after a performance, and would say thank you, thank you. Lego robotics

Last night I had open house, really early this year. Well at open house I had my annual Robotics tournament and the team that won got a Lego shirt and Lego cup, well the team that won gave one of there prizes to Edward to have. I put on the shirt to see how big it was, and it kind of looks like he has football pads on? What do you think? (He has it on over his sweatshirt he had on)

Easy way

Well we have discovered an easy way to get Edward moving in the morning. We ask him, "Do you want to goto school", and he always says "Yes" and goes running for the door. He even gets excited when he arrives. He sure loves all his friends and teachers! 

Soccer Star

Well Edward might be a soccer star in the making. He just loves kicking his ball and he does it so well. Below is a picture, and I took a video as well. Edward can get a little bossy, when you watch the video you will see what I mean, below is a link to the video....

Growing to fast...

Edward is growing to fast. Tonight for some reason he decided to climb in his old bouncer we use to put him in at the NICU, well look at the difference 3 years makes... Oh my gosh.....

Jump,Jump, Playing with Mommy, Hi Edward and Up to bat

Well lots to report so hold on...
1. While leaving daycare with Edward he started to jump. You may not think it is a big deal, but it actually is. Jumping was one of the only things he didn't do at his last check up at Cedar Sinai Hospital in LA. But like everything else, Edward just decided it was time to start jumping...Below is a link to a video I took, it is really funny...
2. Last night Edward was doing everything we would do, so mommy started to play with Edward's one cabbage patch doll, so Edward grabbed a stuff animal and started doing exactly what mommy was doing.. It as also very funny....Below is a link to a video I took as well.
3. Today, we were playing with Edward outside and he picked up his bat and put a ball on the tee and hit it, like actually hit it really far, I took a video the second time. It is in slow motion so you can see him swing and make contact!!
4. Today while we were at Kohl's shopping, Melissa had a few gift cards to use from her Birthday, Edward saw himself in the mirror, said hi Edward and started giving himself high fives. I took a few pictures of that, they are below. Also I have updated the web site with new photos, so make sure you go and check out the March 2015 photo album. Melissa also uploaded a video there of her and Edward sword fighting with Edward's light sabers.

Stuck

Edward always says he is stuck, like in the car seat or at the kitchen table. However sometimes he finds creative ways to get unstuck! Check out the picture below. This was his escape from the dinner table tonight, he was trying to be sneeky! However mom caught him red handed!!!!
