Playdate with Dillion

Today Edward had a playdate with Dillion, and boy did they have fun. They played so hard that Edward slept for 2 + hours on the way home and once we got home. Usually Edward only sleeps for  1 1/2 hours on a usually day. Below are a few pictures of the playdate. Cars cars cars

Well the last few days Edwards has really discovered his match box cars again! See pictures below... He eve has formed a bond with a red car. So much that if he can't find it he freaks out, stops everything and has to find it. Yesterday Melissa had no idea what red car he was talking about and came in to ask me "What red car ?". Is was so funny. Below is a picture of Edward with his world famous "red car"!

Jedi warriors

Edward and I wore our matching Jedi warrior shirts mommy got us for Father's Day, see the pictures below . He loved marching his daddy! 

Yesterday we took Edward down to Lancaster boulevard for some ice cream and as you can tell from the pictures below he sure loves his ice cream! 

Fun day and night

We had such a fun day today. Edward is doing so great at swimming! He seems to love the water and learning to swim! 

After swimming and a quick change we took Edward shopping at Kohls, were he decided to pull his wagon around instead of sitting in it. He kept saying "mommy get in",very funny. After Kohl's we came went to the nursing home for dinner with grandma Campbell and then home to play, since it was finally under 100 degrees! Edward started playing bubbles but then decided out of the blue to try his climbing wall on his swing set . After a lot of trial and error he actually managed to make it up with no help, just one of us sporting him. Below is a link to a quick video I took of one of the climbs. He actually did it better earlier but I was more concerned with him then taping it. Enjoy! Last day of group swimming lessons is tomorrow! Then Edward moves onto private lessons.

Legos everywhere

Well when we went to the wedding on Saturday , Selenna (Edward's baby sitter) and Edward made homemade Lego ice pops out of his apple juice! He tired the first one today and loved them! They actually look like Lego people (Melissa bought a mold at Legoland!) see pictures below 

Bubbles bubbles everywhere

Edward went to see his grandma Campbell tonight and we brought bubbles over for him to play with. Let's just say that by the end of it bubbles were everywhere!!! He washed the table outside with some bubble help! See a few pictures below..... Omg!

Edward the Monkey!!! Happy Father's Day

Well Edward did great last night considering it was the first time we have ever left him overnight! But today it was time to celebrate father's day with my two people who mean the world to me, Edward and Melissa. We spend the day playing with Edward and when it cooled down Edward even showed us his monkey skills on the playground at the dog park. Check out what he can do, Melissa was very nervous, but he is a boy and loves to test his limits!!!!

Fun time at Beckerman Wedding

Well we did something tonight that we have never done! Left Edward overnight with his babysitter. We were invited to a wedding of a good friend of mine, in Santa Barabara. So we are here and Edward is home. Below are a few pictures from the Beckerman wedding! 

Edward knows what he wants

Today after swimming lessons (Swimming Lessons are going great by they way), we gave him Honey Combs Cereal to eat as a snack, he ate a little then put it down, walked out the the kitchen and did what you see in the pictures below... I guess he just wanted Kix instead...

Fun Night at park

After a very hot day, we decided to take Edward to Apollo park in the evening after it cooled down. Apollo park has lots of ducks that he likes to quack at. The park also has lots of different play grounds by ages. Edward found his and played on it for 30 mins or so. Below are a few pictures of Edward and mommy having fun on the slides....

Swimming Lessons are going great

Edward is just loving taking swimming lessons. He is so excited to leave for them and he gets even more excited when he sees his teacher. He is so good, he just does everything he is asked. He did get a little upset today when it wasn't his turn. He thinks it should always be his turn!

At night is got cool enough that Edward could go outside and play water table a little, can't give him a lot of water to go in it due to the water crisis in California, but he didn't care he just loves playing in the water.... Below is a comparison over the 4 summers Edward has been alive for, lot at how much he grew next to the water table!! It is unbelievable.

Busy fun day

What a busy day... It started with Edward taking his first.... SWIMMING LESSON... We have him signed up for swimming lessons for the next 2 weeks (M-F)... He loved it, he waved to us and did really well.. Below are a few pictures...
Then tonight we went to Edward's second baseball game.. He loves going to watch the Jet Hawks (Single A advanced). He sits and claps and watches the game very intently. He even got another foul ball thanks to Pastor Jeff. Pastor Jeff got and gave it to Edward and then helped Edward get autographs after the game!!! See pictures below... Day 2- Water Park

Edward went to the water park again. This time he rode a tube around the lazy river like he was the king, see pictures below and you will see what I mean ! Tomorrow Edward starts........... Well you wil have to wait until tomorrow night's blog to see! 

First trip to the water park

We made our first trip to the water park today in Palmdale. Edward was so excited, he didn't want to get out of the lazy river... He had so much fun. Let break begin

Well let the 8 weeks of summer vacation for everyone BEGIN. Edward sure looked comfortable all laid out on the couch tonight. I think he is one happy camper...

School over, play date

Well school is over!!! Well for us, Edward has one more day! He sure loves going to school. 

On Monday night Edward had a play date at ChucknE cheese with a friend of ours. Did I mention the friend as a 5 year old daughter who Edward just loves!
