difficult day ahead

Well as the 25th approaches we are once again filled in our heads with the "What IF" questions. We have, over the course of the past 5 years, found the best way to remember all the joy William gave us is to celebrate the Joy and happiness that his brother gives us everyday. On a personal note, from a dad's side of things, I will always think of myself as a father of 2 "amazing boys" one who is very active and keeps us on our toes everyday and the other, a same bundle of joy that gave us happiness for 10 days and saved his brother's life. 

If you are not familiar with how, the theory is, if William had not blocked the birth cannel from Edward, he to, Edward, would have been born as early as William. Yes they were both born the same day, 23 weeks, 5 days old, but the extra 3 hours Edward got inside is the same as the doctors and Nurses giving th babies 3 days of care in the NICU. So yes William saved Edward by giving him the extra time he needed to develop his vital organs and systems so that he could survive. So Thank You William for saving you younger brother... We will always remember you and make sure that Edward knows all about his BIG BROTHER...

I Love you so much.. William and look forward to the day we will all be together in Heaven..

Soccer game one

Edward had a great 1st game. He scored 2 goals and really loved being back at soccer!!! After soccer we went to the AV fair parade, Edward loves parades!!! After the parade, he spotted a train the kids could ride and well guess what? He went for a ride on it and meant a new friend!

Finally updated , first game tomorrow

Soccer begins again

Well soccer has begun again for Edward. He loved it so much this time that he didn't want to leave !!! He keeps asking if we can go back to soccer practice!!! First game is Saturday and look for Anahi's update to edwardday.con tomorrow night. Sorry it is taking so long to update his web site....

Great birthday party

Edward had a great birthday party today at Chuck E Cheese!!! Below are a few pictures, I will be updating edwardday.com soon with all the pictures and Edward Day year 5 the movie!!!! So stay tuned.... 

Off to a good start

Edward is off to a great start in Pre K. He seems to really love going to school.... We just love how much he loves it, oh and can you believe he turns 5 in 6 days.... Where does the time go????

Sorry

Sorry for the lack of updates the past week or so. I am in Vegas on business and Melissa is getting me and her ready for school. Edward started school this week and is doing really well in his Pre K class. The "real" curriculum for his does not start until after labor day, so right know it is summer camp, but so far so good. Melissa took Edward to get his 5 year old pictures taken tonight. She said they went so well, I am so sad that i missed that milestone.... Below are a few of the pictures... Look for more soon.
