Boys day in

Well Edward and I spent the day together and I loved every minute. We picked the house, never got to lowes will do that tomorrow. Never got the leaves pick up either, but we cleaned the house and watched a Batman movie marathon.
After Melissa returned from training and her friend arrived we headed to Xmas on the boulevard, boy was that ever packed, see pictures below. We then headed over to Xmas tree lane to look at all the Xmas lights and to get ideas on how to improve ours.

weekend is here

Well the weekend is here the weekend is here. Tomorrow is a boys day, as Melissa had training from 8-3, so me and Edward are going to rack the year, clean up his toys, and go to Lowe's for some more christmas lights and spare bulbs. We have a big weekend planned. Edward is having a special visitor tomorrow night as one of Melissa's old girlfriends from college is out here on business and is driving up from Los Angeles for the night. Time to get to Bed, big day tomorrow.

Another day

Well another day and Edward is great. He seems to move faster since he got his hair cut.
Exciting news is that today while he was talking with his grandma day he got up to his feet in a upside down V in the middle of the room hands and feet on the ground, not sure what that might lead too. Something tells me however that Edward might be getting close to walking holding on to furniture, then the chasing him around the house will begin. Better get rested up for that..,.

First haircut

Well tonight we took Edward for his first haircut. Melissa was very down about it. They gave her all his hair they cut, see photos below. We also forgot the scroller when we went to the mall so we had to rent a mall cruiser, see photo below. Edward doing great!!!!

New batman Edward takes a ride and crawls

Well first sorry about no blog last night, The Dark Knight Rises came out last night and I stayed up to 1am watching it... Really good by the way.
Ok know back to Edward, well today after school Edward took a little ride on his 4 wheeler, see picture below.
Then later after his bath and story he decided instead of being carried out to the kitchen for Cereal that he would crawl out, see the other picture below. Edward continues to go great, Melissa however had a bad afternoon as see saw twins at her school come up to each other after school and give each other a hug. She broke down when she got home, not easy, we both have our good and bad days. We will always miss William, we love you so much!

2nd Birthday

Well today we celebrated Edwards "second" birthday at Disneyland. This is something we will continue to do with him every December 2nd until he is at least 18. We had a great time, the only thing that, well sucked, is 2 of the 3 three things Edward could go on with Grandma Campbell, who went with him, were not working. (The train and the paddle boat). We did get to go on its a Small World, and when we first got in the boat Edward was sleeping like a baby, that is until he heard all the noise, boy did he ever wake up fast. He spent the rest of the time just looking around at everything... Busy day

Well today was sure a busy day. First we went to the Xmas parade in Lancaster , see all the pictures from the parade on the photo page of edwardday.com. After the parade we headed home to get ready for Edward's play date with Noah, another NICU buddy, see photo page on edwardday.com for all the pictures. Tonight we packed and prepared for our big Disneyland trip tomorrow. Can you believe that Edward has been home one year tomorrow.... Were did all the time go?
