First good day

Well Edward had a great first day with grandma Day, I guess they played all day and had a great great day! Tomorrow more of the same planned. Nothing else new...

Guest arrives great doctor visit

Well as you can already tell from the other post, Edward had a great doctor's visit today...clean bill of health... Hurray.
Edward's special guest has arrived from Florida to take care of him during the day, even though Edward is cleared to go back to daycare we are going to give him one more week to get stronger before we send him back to the germ fest of daycare..... Oh boy.... Lots of time to ave fun with grandma Day!

Hurray!!!

Great doctor's visit today!!! Edward is off oxygen, only needs the breathing therapy if he really starts to cough and he is cleared to go back to daycare next week!!!!

Big Day on Tuesday

Well Tuesday is a big day, first Edward goes back to the doctor for his first check up since he was released from the hospital on Friday, so we are hopeful that we might get off oxygen and the breathing therapy may decrease, but only time will tell. Check this blog tomorrow after 11:30 am PST for the results for the doctor's appointment, I will not be sending out mass text message tomorrow due to all the work that still needs to be done before grandma Day arrives. Oh Edward's grandma Day arrives from Florida so that I can finally return to work, we are not sure how long Edward will be out of daycare so we are grateful that grandma Day has agreed to come out to CA for as long as she Edward is out of daycare, thanks again!!!

Another Fun Day

Well we spent another fun day inside with Edward. Today Edward and I played football in the living room while Melissa did her grades for the first semester, for the record Edward won 42-0. Boy he won't let up, he keep coming at me and laughing the whole time, he sure is a happy kid. Edward continues to do breathing therapy once every 4 hours and also continues to be on oxygen when he sleeps. We go back to the doctor on Tuesday so I hope to have good news then.
We are trying to limit where we take Edward to help prevent him from getting RSV again. So we have put all outing on hold for the time being and all trips to see Grandma Campbell at the nursing home on hold until flu season is over. We can't stop can't prevent r stop daycare but so we can only limit interactions outside of daycare, hope everyone understands. Below is a picture of happy Edward today. Goodnight everyone...

first full day

Well we spent our first day at home, it is a little stressful with Edward back on oxygen at night and having to suction his nose before every breathing treatments is a little stressful, however it is for Edward so we will find the strength to get through this. Hopefully on Tuesday when Edward and I return to the doctor we have good news but only time will tell. Well very tired, just waiting to give Edward his breathing treatment at 4am so I can goto bed. Below is a picture Melissa took tonight of Edward and I watching hockey night in Canada together, I sure do love that little boy....

WE ARE HOME

well we are home and settling in. We are a little stressed having oxygen at home again, but it will be nice to have everyone back under one roof for the first time in a week. Edward is still unable to attend day care, so grandma Day is flying in Tuesday night to take care of Edward so Melissa and I can return to work.. THANK GRANDMA.. Nothing else really new, except that WE ARE HOME!!! I will upload the pictures of us leaving tomorrow. goodnight
