a moment to look back

Well as Melissa and I celebrated our 11 wedding anniversary we took time to look back over the past 11 years to the ups and the downs that we have managed to go through together. From our wedding day, to the birth of our twin boys, to the death of our oldest twin (William), I can't imagine taking this ride with anyone else.
Edward had a great day today, he got to spent time with a baby sitter as Melissa and I went on our first date in over 3 months. He just loves to play with anyone who will play with him, and as his baby sitter told us, he is always so happy. We are so glad of this, because as many of you know Edward had a very rough start to life. Medically he had less than a 20% chance of surviving, so he is truly a miracle baby from God.

One other happy note, Melissa introduced Edward to the movie Annie, today and boy did he ever love all the joys, he just started dancing to the music whenever they started singing, he even tried to direct the singers a few times. Below is a picture of the moment..
